While exact travel timelines vary by team and fan base, anticipate increased fan activity approximately two weeks before Team Algeria’s first match at Kansas City Stadium on June 16. Team arrivals are typically closer to their match dates, but fan travel can begin earlier as visitors plan extended stays to explore the region and participate in events.

Because the Kansas City region will be welcoming fans of all four teams base camped there — along with supporters of additional teams who may be playing matches at Kansas City Stadium — Lawrence 2026 is preparing for a large and diverse international audience of soccer fans, some of whom may have saved their entire lives to travel to support their team near even one match.
